Our AWARD-WINNING show with King’s RAG took place on November 16th 2018: our third KCL Strictly Come Dance Soc competition!
It was a huge success! We managed to bring many different societies and sports teams from across King’s together, including Muay Thai, Tennis, and Rugby to put on a truly fantastic show! All the hard work of competitors, dancers and organisers has meant we managed to raise over £3600 for RAG’scharities, so congratulations! And of course, an enormous congratulations to Nicky Screawn and Henry Thomas who were crowned our champions.
We couldn’t have done it without our amazing contestants, and their wonderful teams + societies who supported them so much – so thank you!! A massive shoutout also goes to our professional dancers, judges, presenters, committees and backstage team, who all put in so much work and dedication to create such a successful event!
And of course, a big thanks also goes out to everyone who came to watch, and anyone who used the #KCLStrictly2018 hashtag and Snapchat filter!
